ServerBridge

File server → Microsoft 365 migration, done right.

A guided desktop wizard that helps IT professionals move on-premises file shares to SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams — with real scanning, per-folder routing, and verification that checks Microsoft 365 itself.

Built for real migrations

Everything a file-server-to-Microsoft-365 move actually needs.

Guided 7-step wizard

Connect, scan, map, migrate, and verify — a clear path from file share to the cloud.

Real scan & analysis

A full inventory of your source — file counts, total size, structure and problem items — plus anything it couldn't read, listed rather than quietly skipped.

Per-folder routing

Send each top-level folder to its own SharePoint site, a Teams site, or a named person's OneDrive — so home folders land in their owners' drives. Migrating into someone else's OneDrive needs access granted first; ServerBridge checks up front and tells you exactly whose.

Resilient migration engine

Large files upload in chunks, with live progress, per-item logging and cancel at any time. Run the job again and it moves only what has changed since.

Verification & reporting

Reads every migrated file back from Microsoft 365 and compares it with the source, then exports a sign-off report that says what was confirmed — and what wasn't.

Secure by design

Delegated, least-privilege Microsoft Graph access. No passwords are ever stored.

Clean ROT data

Identify and trim redundant, obsolete, and trivial files before you migrate.
