Refund Policy

ServerBridge Pro includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 30 days of purchase and have not completed a migration using the software, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

30-day money-back guarantee

ServerBridge Pro is a one-time purchase. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase and have not completed a migration using the software, email hello@leecrowesoftware.com with your license key or order number and we'll issue a full refund and deactivate the license.

Refunds after a completed migration

Because the core value of ServerBridge Pro is delivered once a migration is completed, refund requests for a license that has already been used to complete a migration are subject to additional review, even within the 30-day window. We will ask about your experience with the migration before processing the request. We reserve this review solely to address cases where the product has already been fully used and a refund is requested afterward — it does not apply if the software failed to work as described or the migration could not be completed successfully, in which case the no-questions-asked guarantee above still applies.

After 30 days

Because ServerBridge Pro is a one-time purchase with no recurring billing, there are no renewal charges to worry about — your license remains valid indefinitely once purchased. Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase are handled at our discretion. This discretionary period does not limit any statutory right you may have to a remedy for software that is materially defective or fails to perform as described, where such a right cannot be waived under applicable law.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the refund guarantee described above, ServerBridge Pro is provided subject to the warranty disclaimers set out in Section 6 of the ServerBridge End User License Agreement.

Limitation of liability

Our liability arising out of or related to this Refund Policy is subject to the same limitations set out in Section 7 of the ServerBridge End User License Agreement, including the cap on total liability described therein.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Refund Policy shall be subject to the dispute resolution and venue provisions set out in Section 12.2 of the ServerBridge End User License Agreement.

Entire agreement

This Refund Policy, together with the ServerBridge End User License Agreement and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to refunds and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings on that subject.

Severability

If any provision of this Refund Policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Refund Policy will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
