The License Auditor includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 30 days of purchase and the tool didn't work as described, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

30-day money-back guarantee

The paid tiers are a flat annual purchase. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase, email hello@leecrowesoftware.com with your license key or order number and we'll issue a full refund and deactivate the license. If the Software failed to work as described, this guarantee always applies.

Refunds after the report is generated

Because the core value of a paid tier is delivered once you generate a report, refund requests for a license that has already been used to produce a report are subject to additional review, even within the 30-day window. We will ask about your experience before processing the request. This review does not apply where the Software failed to work as described, in which case the no-questions-asked guarantee above still applies.

After 30 days

A paid license is valid for one (1) year and does not renew automatically, so there are no surprise renewal charges. Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase are handled at our discretion. This discretionary period does not limit any statutory right you may have to a remedy for software that is materially defective or fails to perform as described, where such a right cannot be waived under applicable law.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except for the refund guarantee described above, the Software is provided subject to the warranty disclaimers in Section 7 and the liability limitations in Section 8 of the License Auditor End User License Agreement, including the cap on total liability described therein.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be subject to the dispute resolution and venue provisions in Section 12.2 of the License Auditor End User License Agreement.
